Starting April 1st 2015, this challenge will go LIVE! On top of this challenge I'll be following my rules and guidelines listed on my Weight Loss page. Below I will keep a daily log for this challenge, stay tuned!
April:
- This challenge is off to an easy start; I haven't eaten white bread in a year, dislike chips, kicked soda and fast food in March. I think my only real obstacle will be ditching the blueberry muffin I enjoy for breakfast, and my chocolate cravings.. I actually spent this whole day puking and shitting, thanks to the food poisoning from Miller's Neighborhood Pizza in Thornburg VA. I have seen the gates of Hell. I wasn't able to function or move without something projectile exiting from one (or more) of my body holes. I had an apple, a few pumpkin seeds and gingerale today. I prayed for death.
- Second day into the challenge.. again not feeling good. Nowhere near craving any type of junk food. Sticking to gingerale and simple food today, praying not to puke anymore.
